The words on the labels you see on our website are examples only - you choose all the words for your own labels. And, there is no minimum so you can order only what you need.

Start by clicking on a label style, and then follow the easy steps to choose shape, color, and your words. We’ll create your label - and send you a free email proof if your order is over $50 - then print and ship within 5-7 business days (shipping time not included).

On the home page, begin viewing the label styles that interest you and click on one you like.

On the page that comes up, you will see the label size and shapes. Be sure to look for a button that says more shapes to view more in that style you chose.

Click on the label shape you like.

Up comes the page with that label style and size in many choices of color combinations. Choose the color you want and click on the image. Be sure to look for the button that says more colors so you don’t miss all of the colors we have to offer.

Up comes the order page where you can enter your text and select the quantity you want. On this page you will see the prices – Be able to add a monogram, special instructions, add a photo… When you have everything just the way you want it, click on Add to Cart at the bottom of the page.

The order summary page comes up. Check your order carefully. You can make changes to your order on this page and click Update Cart. When your order is just how you want it, click on View Cart at the bottom of the page.

The shopping cart page comes up. The cart lets you go back to continue shopping for more labels or hang tags if you wish; it stores your items until you are ready to purchase. When you are ready to purchase, click on Checkout at the bottom of the page.

Before you checkout, you will be asked to read our Terms and Conditions before you complete your order. This ensures us that you have read all of the instructions and policies regarding your order.

At the Checkout page, review your order, and then fill in the billing and shipping information (if you haven't registered before. If you wish to pay by check, print out the order and mail the order form and a check to us at:

To add your photo or art there is a one-time additional charge of $25. Sometimes the file a customer sends requires additional work; if this is the case we will contact you with an estimate before proceeding.

There is a $15 charge for making a font and/or color change on your label or hang tag. Please check the font or color change box and enter your description of the requested change in the text box.

If you need an exact color match, or if we will need to purchase a font or test new colors, there will be an additional charge starting at $25.

We will contact you if we have questions, but there is no refund on special request orders such as changing fonts or colors, or adding a photo or art.
